All customers can do this on our website watch.bareknuckle.tv by clicking on the login button and then clicking on "forgot password" link. It will send an email to the address you have signed up with. Often times a user has signed up with an email address with incorrect spelling such as .con instead of .com or .gmail instead of @gmail.
